Executive Summary
When faced with challenges that require more time than is needed or more cost than can be borne, I excel at finding solutions that provide at least cost avoidance.
Throughout my career, I have engaged on many large-scale transformation, from reimagining what training could be, what systems rationalization could do for people and the bottom line, and processing M&P challenges that kept organization from delivering their best results, I have kept three challenges first and foremost in my mind:
- How do we work at the speed of business
- What are we doing that keeps us from performing our best
- How do we save, or create value while improving simplicity
It is that last one, that I want to address here. Over my career I have saved companies over $291m in cost avoidance. This was primarily realized through fewer contractors hired or required, systems rationalizations that allow for overall reduced cost year over year and time saved through streamlining processes and systems to allow people to work efficiently.
